The purpose of this role is to implement and drive the overall sales and operations strategy in the store. The role is responsible for driving revenues and operating expenses efficiency in the store while maintaining the highest level of customer service standards.
Tracking & analyzing the business plan/Budget Brand wise, Category Wise by correlating YTD/MTD growth, Industry trends, competition etc for successful achievement of the Business & profitability targets
Category wise/Product wise performance analysis to ensure business plan target achievement, highlight loss of opportunity, set marketwise growth opportunity targets to achieve brand wise market share
Special focus on High end products to ensure proper model mix sales to achieve Average Sales Price targets (ASP)/ Average Ticket value (ATV)
Tracking and Improving Employee Productivity
Ensure timely uploading of targets. DSR tracking & analysis for entire sales team
QualificationsGross Margin: You will be responsible for the achievement of the gross margin in your location.Optimization of Inventory: You will be responsible for optimized Inventory level at your store and reduced the aging stock.Increase Stock Turns : You will be responsible for educating and directing the sales team for increasing the stock turns ( rotation) frequency in your location.Loss Prevention & Cost Optimization: You will be responsible for reducing the operating expenditure of your Store, Cost optimization, preventing the shrinkage and pilferage
