Store Manager

We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead our unique store, which focuses on selling innovative and educational items. Our products are designed to make learning physics and chemistry fun for children aged 5-15. Examples include creative toys like Nikola Toys, chaotic pendulums, Foucault globes, and self-stirring coffee cups.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Drive sales and meet performance targets.

Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content.

Produce basic videos for marketing and product demonstrations.

Monitor inventory and oversee restocking as needed.

Train and supervise staff, ensuring a high-performing team.

Skills and Requirements:

A strong interest in science, technology, and engineering.

A foundational understanding of physics, chemistry, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in social media management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Basic video production and editing skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Proven integrity and reliability.

Prior retail or management experience is a plus.
