We are looking for a smart, responsible, and experienced Store Manager to take charge of our flower shop operations and help us reduce costs, boost sales, and manage daily work smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily shop operations and staff
Control expenses and reduce flower waste
Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing
Manage inventory, orders, and deliveries
Suggest new sales ideas (subscriptions, offers)
Ensure excellent customer service
Report weekly to owner on performance

Requirements:
2+ years experience in retail/store management (florist experience is a bonus)
Strong with numbers and cost-saving
Proactive and organized
Good English
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Social media knowledge is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
