Job Description

Optifashion is seeking for a Store Manager located in Dubai. The Store Manager will be responsible for executing business strategy, driving sales performance, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and leading the team effectively. This role requires a proactive, commercially-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure the business's success.

Responsibilities

Operations:

Set up operational requirements and ensure all pre-opening milestones are achieved. Plan and coordinate store activities and events. Oversee daily operations and address any arising issues. Ensure the retail space is well-maintained and Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed. Collaborate with the Head Office on marketing campaigns, new product launches, in-store events, and brand updates. Plan and maintain optimal stock levels while managing inventory activities. Coordinate store maintenance and liaise with suppliers. Handle communication and obtain necessary approvals from the mall's management.

Performance:

Drive Store KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Meet and exceed profitability targets for the Store. Identify business opportunities and take appropriate action. Develop and analyze sales data to achieve business objectives, producing regular reports for upper management. Ensure all financial transactions in the Store are processed and recorded accurately. Stay informed on market trends, business environment, and competitors' activities. Create and implement initiatives to boost profitability and operational efficiency.

Client:

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered in line with company standards. Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Support the sales team during peak hours as needed.

Team:

Communicate strategy and provide clear direction to retail staff. Lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, always setting an example for colleagues. Manage team efficiency and performance, ensuring appropriate staffing levels. Network with relevant talent and conduct final interviews for potential hires. Provide training to new employees, sharing knowledge and professional expertise. Conduct individual performance meetings with team members, providing feedback, guidance, and preparing necessary HR documentation. Promote and support employee development, collaborating with Head Office for training programs. Ensure company policies and standards are upheld, and that team members demonstrate the correct behavior at the workplace. Organize weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years as an Optical store manager in the UAE. Proven leadership, innovation, and creativity skills. Pre-opening experience is an advantage. Ability to motivate, coach, and drive team performance. Strong stress resilience and flexibility. Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (European languages/Arabic) is a plus. A keen interest in fashion trends, products, and lifestyle.
