Job Posting: Store Manager - Malaysia Jewelry Store (Hiring from Dubai)

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Store Managers to join our fine jewelry brand in Malaysia. This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service:
Achieve and exceed sales goals by developing effective sales strategies.

• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage store associates, including sales staff and jewelers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.

Inventory and Merchandise Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
• Oversee visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
• Ensure proper handling and security of high-value inventory.

Operational Management:

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and financial transactions.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to attract customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the store's visibility.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to boost brand awareness.
• Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry craftsmanship (preferred).
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification from a recognized gemological institute, such as GIA, is a plus.
• Fluency and proficiency in both English and Tamil (spoken).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• A passion for fine jewelry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
