As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing staff, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and creating a positive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities:
Creates and implements effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase profitability.
Ensures that the store is always well-stocked and organized, and all products are displayed attractively.
Manages and supervises a team of sales associates, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Resolves any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitors and maintains sales and inventory reports, and uses data to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store.
