We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Store Manager with a strong background in barista skills and coffee management to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing the overall operations of the store, ensuring optimal performance, maintaining the highest standards of coffee quality and customer service, and exercising high-level control over management tasks. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.
- Manage inventory control, including the ordering, receiving, and maintenance of coffee beans and other supplies.
- Organize workflow and delegate tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Cultivate a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both customers and staff.
- Develop and enforce customer service standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Train staff to provide excellent service and handle customer interactions proficiently.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of store staff.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient operation and adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
