Store Keeper

Checks incoming and outgoing shipments, item by item and quantity by quantity.

Confirms accuracy of packing slips, shipping invoices, vouchers, and back orders.

Reports parts and materials damaged in shipment to Branch In Charge.

Manages the warehouse to keep it in good condition, clean, and well arranged.

Creates a location for new items and keeps all parts in proper location.

Checks the branch's order (move order) and arranges to send with necessary system updating.

Maintains files of invoices, vouchers, shipping orders, and packing slips.

Conducts physical checks to keep stock status accurate.

Cooperates with sales staff to support them in achieving their targets.

Segregates the received items as stock or customer orders for smooth supply.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma holders with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the automobile industry.

Must be computer literate with good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Should manage all aspects of store operations and must control & improve the efficiency of stores. #J-18808-Ljbffr
