Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Inventory Controller

with strong expertise in

ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar platforms

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory tracking, maintaining stock integrity, and enforcing compliance with cold chain storage and distribution regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize inventory processes using ERP tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records in

Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or related ERP systems

. Conduct regular

stock audits, cycle counts

, and

reconciliation

to ensure data accuracy. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, or expired products. Ensure compliance with

cold chain storage regulations

and internal SOPs. Generate reports and insights using ERP data to support decision-making. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for efficient stock movement. Implement best practices in inventory management to improve efficiency and accuracy. Identify and report any

compliance risks, inventory discrepancies, or deviations

from standards. Assist in internal and external

audits

related to inventory and warehouse compliance. Train relevant warehouse staff on

ERP usage and inventory control procedures

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2

years

in

inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations

, preferably in

cold chain logistics

.

ERP Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge of

Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar ERP software

.

Inventory Management Skills:

Expertise in stock tracking, audits, and reconciliation.

Regulatory Compliance:

Familiarity with

health, safety, and food safety regulations

related to cold storage.

Analytical Abilities:

Ability to analyze ERP data, generate reports, and suggest process improvements.

Attention to Detail:

Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy in managing stock records.

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of

warehouse management systems (WMS)

is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in

temperature-controlled environments

as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Store Keeper/Inventory Controller: 2 years (Preferred)
