Job Description

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials against purchase orders or invoices.
Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic and accessible manner.
Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and adjustments.
Update and manage inventory databases and software systems to ensure data accuracy.
Prepare and submit regular inventory reports and reconciliation statements.
Stock Control:Monitor stock levels and ensure proper rotation of inventory to minimize spoilage or obsolescence.
Conduct periodic stock audits and physical counts to verify inventory accuracy.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and standards.
Warehouse Organization:Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Label and categorize items appropriately for easy retrieval.
Coordinate the arrangement and storage of goods to maximize space utilization.
