Job Summary: Looking for a Store Keeper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Oversee the receipt, storage, as well as issuance of goods
Prepare and maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including stock levels, materials received, distributed, and returned
Receive shipments, verify contents, and inspect items for damage or defects
Monitor and ensure stored items are in good condition and comply with the company\'s quality standards
Collaborate with the logistics team to fulfill orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely deliveries to customers
Comply with all safety and security regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees and protect inventory from theft or damage
Generate regular inventory reports, highlighting stock levels, usage trends, and any potential issues that may require attention from the management

Job Qualifications and Experience

At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a store keeper or similar role in the shipping and logistics industry is preferred
Good organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records
Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines relevant to warehousing and inventory management
