We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store In-Charge to manage and oversee daily operations at our hypermarket and supermarket locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient store operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive sales growth while fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and minimizing wastage.
• Lead, supervise, and train the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Plan and execute effective merchandising and promotional strategies to maximize sales.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, stock, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a hypermarket or supermarket.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales analysis.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience working in the UAE retail sector is highly desirable.
