Job Description
Maintain the best standards of Customer Services
Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.
Process customer transactions at the cash register
Manpower Management & Outlet Administration
Implementing measures to avoid stock damage and wastage.
Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
Addressing customers\' requests, comments, and complaints.
Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions and generate regular reports.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials and products are stored in compliance with quality standards.
Security: Implement security measures to protect the inventory from theft, damage, or tampering
