Our company is looking for a Store In Charge. This role requires someone experienced and capable of managing a store efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability meets demand.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying against orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels.
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Implement safety and security measures to protect store assets.
• Prepare reports on store performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store In Charge or similar managerial role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Store in-charge: 2 years (Preferred)
