Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Store Assistant with billing responsibilities to oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring smooth store operations, and handling billing procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that billing is accurate and processed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: . Store Supervision: o Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. o Supervise and lead store staff, including cashiers, stockers, and other team members. o Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures. o Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction. o Conduct stock checks, inventory management, and ensure products are properly stocked on shelves. . Billing Responsibilities: o Process customer purchases accurately, including handling cash, credit, and debit transactions. o Ensure that all transactions are correctly entered into the billing system and that invoices are generated without error. o Reconcile daily sales receipts and ensure that all billing documents are filed and maintained for record-keeping. o Prepare and review bills for accuracy before processing and ensuring that all applicable taxes and fees are properly calculated. o Handle refunds, exchanges, and billing inquiries as needed, maintaining professionalism and accuracy. o Work with the finance department to ensure the timely processing of transactions and reporting. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. . Proven experience in retail management or as a Stores Assistant, with a focus on billing or financial transactions. . Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, particularly in handling financial records. . Excellent communication and leadership skills. . Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations efficiently. . Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and billing software. . Knowledge of inventory management and store operations is a plus. . 4-5 years of experience also must be available in Bahrain locally transferable visa. Please send your resume/CV
