Job Description

Looking to hire a store Administrator for our branch in Ajman , the candidate should be able to oversee the daily operations of a store. He/she needs a keen eye for detail, computer proficiency, and familiarity with the operation system.

Responsibilities:

Providing support to store activities, warehouse and sales operations.

Liaise with co-workers and clients on orders, deliveries, returns, and other related matters.

Handling Returns Note, Receiving Forms and other stock related forms.

Preparing documentation accurately such as Invoices, Delivery Order, Packing List, and handle filing appropriately.

Monitoring of delivery orders, verifying that Delivery Notes & Invoices are signed and returned upon delivery.

Preparing daily report for outgoing materials and submitted to the top management.

Performing other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Management, logistics, supply chain or any another relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar position.

Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.

Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to details.

Good English linguistic skills, Arabic is a plus.

Good Microsoft Office & computer skills.
