STORE ADMIN
We are seeking a dynamic and vibrant Female Store Admin for our Jewellery Store. This role is essential in enhancing customer engagement and promoting our company through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professional to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and encourage feedback.
• Create engaging promotional videos to showcase our jewellery collections.
• collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to convey product information and promotions.
• Interact with a diverse customer base: fluency in multiple language is a must.
• Help maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a jewellery store.
• Strong communication skills and a vibrant personality.
• Proficiency in multiple language.
• Creative mindset with a passion for social media and video production.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
