We are now looking for a Storage Operations professional(Storage SME). This job role is responsible for Storage and backup troubleshooting coordination, support, management, to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.What you will do

• Lead domain from customer-site as well as managing offshore team for ensuring production system performance and stability.
• Participation in customer\xe2\x80\x99s projects activities related to IBM / Dell / HP / Huawei storage solutions or any other projects
• Understand how IBM/Dell/ HP/Ericsson and other products integrate in customer\xe2\x80\x99s environment
• Assistance as consultant in customer\xe2\x80\x99s presentations, documentation and workshops
• Remote expert support for on-site integration engineers during installation, acceptance and diagnosis activities
• Manage customer technical requests and regularly update customer on progress
• Provide an effective 360-degree feedback on the ailing elements in the current solution and co-ordinate with Design team/L3/ Vendor to fix them

You will bring

• Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum years of relevant experience: 8 years of experience
• Expertise in IBM Enterprise solution storage devices, Dell EMC and HP Storage and Backup products concepts linked with virtualization, practical experience is must and desirable criteria.
• Hands on experience in handling complex tasks, performance troubleshooting and Storage provisioning, reclaim, decommission of IBM Flash Storage Systems, IBM ESS, EMC VMAX, VPLEX, UNITY, HP3PAR, VNX, EMC ECS, CTA.
• Hands on experience in CISCO MDS SAN zoning, unzoning, VSAN creation, code upgrade, troubleshooting etc
• Hands on experience in NAS storage from EMC UNITY, VNX & IBM ESS.
• EMC networker, PPDM, data domain, avamar knowledge is a plus
• Good understanding of Data center related tasks & other IT infrastructure domains like Vmware virtualization, UNIX and Networking
• creative bent to problem solving and results oriented to work in a highly complex technical environment.
• Administration, code/firmware upgrades, of all the above enterprise storage & SAN equipments.
• Ability to understand the monitoring tools HPSM and Maximo management, change and Incident management
• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle escalations & represent the team in front of customer.
