We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, and supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse. The Stock Administrator will work closely with other departments to track stock levels, assist in stock ordering, and maintain an efficient stock management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring the availability of goods.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
Update stock levels in the inventory management system in real-time.
Stock Orders & Replenishment:
Assist with the ordering process for stock replenishment.
Monitor low stock levels and communicate with the purchasing department to prevent shortages.
Stock Movement & Tracking:
Ensure the proper handling of stock during receipt, storage, and dispatch.
Track and record stock movements within the warehouse or storage areas.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate stock-related documentation, such as stock receipts, inventory transfer logs, and stock audit reports.
Generate regular stock reports for management, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards regarding stock management and storage.
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of stock areas.
Collaboration:
Work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure stock levels meet demand and customer requirements.
Provide timely and accurate stock-related information to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in stock management, inventory control, or warehouse administration is preferred.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in excel - mid to advance level
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
Ability to use inventory management software and tools.
Basic knowledge of stock management processes and inventory control methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
