Job Description
:
- Conduct annual physical stock count, compare to records and report findings to ensure that all balances are matched with inventory value.
- Carry out surprise, material stacking & spot check; verify procedures in place and report findings to ensure that transactions are properly handled.
- Perform various inventory transactions, tasks & handle special assignments related to department to achieve department objectives.
- Physically verify the approved inventory items requested for scrapping and ensure that only approved qty is being handed over to scrap buyer in presence of scrapping committee and later issue the items from system which were handed over to scrap buyer as Inventory scrapping procedure.
- Carry out custom paper verification for vehicles to ensure that all available vehicles are supported by valid custom papers.
- Perform Wastage, FA and IT Asset scrapping as per defined procedure in presence of scrapping committee.
- Arrange & maintain all supporting documents related to field activities and maintain them properly to ensure fast access at any time.
- Perform stock take during the weekend, holiday, special assignment and as and when required by the company.
- Handle special assignments related to dept to achieve dept objectives.
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred 2 years' experience in warehouse.
- Strong Inventory Knowledge., Stock Taking and related activities and strong MS office skills.
- Computer skills (MS applications + preferred oracle experience)
