About Emirates British NurseryAt Emirates British Nursery we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, in accordance with the British National curriculum. Great emphasis is placed upon delivering a broad and balanced curriculum which ensures the children establish a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and understanding upon which they can build throughout their lives.Core Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the ordering of stocks in a timely and efficient manner to meet demand and priority
  • Compile data sources, such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions and accounting reports, and writes, enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping or other records.
  • Liase with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve disparities in ordering process
  • Create and maintain asset control logs to account for all equipment received
  • Liase and manage perishables budget ( including photographs for children\'s learning and development profile books)
  • Work with Headmistress to produce cost effective budgets for stocks for all of the Nursery requirements, keep accurate and updated records to monitor usage.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Produce a weekly maintenance list of nursery and ensure maintenance issues are addressed
  • Any other tasks requested by the management
Requirements:
  • Good in MS Office
  • Strong numerical and IT skills
  • Experience in stock handling and stock takes
  • Experience working in accounting environment
