Job Brief:
We are looking for a Stock and Asset Controller to manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and can start contributing immediately. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a structured environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control systems.
• Dispense and weigh raw materials as requested by different departments.
• Keep accurate records of finished goods, raw materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Track and monitor the flow of stock and assets throughout the company.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through physical counts, including receiving, transferring, weighing, stocking, and rotating materials.
• Organize and clean storage areas for easy access and secure storage of materials.
• Create and manage procedures for material procurement, staging prior to shipping, and receipt management.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, including stock, asset, and transfer reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Generate regular reports on the condition of assets and raw materials before and after production.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures, practices, and software.
• Expertise in inventory planning and analysis.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• UAE residency visa, MOHRE labor contract, Abu Dhabi labor card, and work permit provided.
• Transportation provided, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
