Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP inventory systems.
• Preferably experienced in stock accuracy/inventory control in retail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for coordination across teams.
• Ability to identify stock discrepancies and suggest improvements.
• UAE driving license required; car ownership preferred.

Work Conditions:

• Field-based role with frequent branch visits.
• Flexible working hours, may require early starts or late finishes.
• Physically fit for stock counting and audits.
• Frequent travel between branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and verify stock transfers.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on stock accuracy and variances.
• Compliance & QA: Ensure stock handling meets company standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate to improve stock accuracy and resolve issues.
• Personal Duties: Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and manage tasks efficiently.
