Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woven Stitching Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial sewing machines, specifically for woven fabrics. This position requires a strong understanding of various stitching techniques, fabric types, and quality control procedures to produce high-quality woven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines designed for woven fabrics.
• Perform stitching and sewing operations according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor machine settings, adjust tensions, and ensure consistent stitch quality.
• Inspect finished pieces for defects and ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues, report significant issues to maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in textile production or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a stitching operator, preferably with woven fabrics.
• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and knowledge of various stitch types.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify fabric defects or irregularities.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
