Stewarding Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an organized and experienced stewarding supervisor to manage a team of more than 20 stewards. for our catering company with good experience in the same field to join our team.
• Ensuring that all cleaning and sanitization of equipment, and utensils is carried out as per SOPs
• Managing maintenance team
• Overseeing all kitchen stewards
• Monitoring and managing cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen spaces
Requirements:
• Experience as stewarding supervisor in catering unit or hotel
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of hygiene and food safety
• Positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
