As a Stewarding Manager at Social Distrikt, you will lead the stewarding operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will manage the stewarding team, maintain equipment, and enforce health and safety compliance, supporting the culinary and service teams in providing an organized, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations & Cleanliness Management : Supervise daily operations, enforce sanitation protocols, conduct inspections, and coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Management : Schedule shifts, provide feedback, promote teamwork, and ensure safety protocol adherence.
• Inventory & Equipment Maintenance : Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensure proper equipment use and maintenance, and oversee repairs.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Enforce health standards, update policies, conduct safety training, and promote sustainable waste practices.
• Waste Management & Sustainability : Develop recycling and waste reduction initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and encourage eco-friendly practices.
• Event Support : Collaborate with event teams to ensure adequate stewarding support for special events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in stewarding, kitchen operations, or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, health protocols, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
