To join our Group, please visit This position is responsible to ensures a clean and safe environment in the kitchen by cleaning dishes, cooking utensils, equipment etc.

Work with Culinary and Food and Beverage Service Team to support the departments through plate ups, movement of equipment, cleanliness and hygiene of work area, dishwashing, pot washing and other F&B equipment
Conducts deep cleaning according to protocols
Cleans and stores pots, pans, trays, worktables and other equipment used by the Chefs
Clean and wash stoves, ovens and grills, grill hoods, tilt kettles, refrigerators using cleaning solutions & washcloths
Sanitize, sweep and mop kitchen floors
Separates customer dishes and utensils according to standard operating procedures
Accounts for any utensils, dishes, decorations and equipment used during events
Responsible for storing chemicals and cleaning products
Carry out the duties as specified on the daily/weekly/monthly task lists of the kitchen area
