Supervises on all assigned properties
Maintains contact with tenants during the duration of their stay and resolve any issues they may have
Maintains proper documentation and renewals
Coordinates with operations
Maintains property maintenance
Receivable collection
Maintains financial goals
Knowledge on market
Oversee proper progress and performance of properties
Maintains proper documentation on Move in and out dates
Arabic language
