Luminex Steel Construction and Contracting is seeking a skilled Steel Structural Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for steel structure projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for steel structures.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure alignment.
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Prepare bid proposals and tender submissions.
• Stay updated on industry standards, material costs, and market trends.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and suggest value-engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in steel structure estimation.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of local UAE construction codes and market pricing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
