Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Design Manager with well knowledge and experience in designing different types of Structural Steel Design and Pre-Engineered Buildings.

A sound knowledge of Engineering Principles and ability to design using all common building materials.

-Excellent communication skills are essential.

-Attending design meetings and site inspections with our clients, subconsultants, and partners on an as- needed basis

-Interacting and collaborating with our in-house drafters and other engineers

-Preparing technical/design reports and calculations packages

-Written and oral communication along with technical expert in a particular area of interest is required.

-Previous experience with steel structure ,poles, lattice tower general steel structures, foundation design and transmission line.

-Strong skills in Analysis of structures, ability to perform detailed calculations is required.

-Having strong command on checking the detailed drawing ( shop drawings ).

-Having some contractual sense if not knowledge.

-Having industrial experience.

-Having steel fabrication experience.

-Guiding draughtsman in preparing Shop/erection drawings.

-Deep knowledge in structural design code AISC ,AASHTO, ASCE, NESC, BS codes.

-Education: BS in Civil/Structural/ Mechanical Engineering.

-Experience: 3-5 years

-Programs : Staad pro, RAM Connection , IDEA STATICA , ETABS or any similar FEA software.

Basic in AUTOCAD & TEKLA
