As a Steel Fixer, you will play a vital role in reinforcing concrete structures and ensuring the structural integrity of our projects.

Responsibilities :

Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical plans to determine specifications.

Measure, cut, bend, and position steel bars or mesh in concrete forms for reinforcement.

Utilize hand and power tools effectively to shape and secure steel reinforcement.

Ensure precise alignment and positioning of steel bars within concrete forms to meet design specifications.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate effectively with team members and other construction professionals on-site.

Troubleshoot and address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements

Qualifications :

1-3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer or similar role in the construction industry.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

Strong measuring, cutting, and bending skills with steel bars and mesh.

Familiarity with hand and power tools used in steel fixing.

Physical fitness and stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various weather.

Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Effective teamwork and communication skills.
