to join our construction team! The Steel Fixer will be responsible for fabricating, positioning, and securing steel bars or mesh in concrete forms to reinforce structures. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Steel Preparation

: Measure, cut, and bend steel rods or mesh to the required dimensions.

Installation

: Position and secure steel bars or mesh using wire ties, spacers, and other fasteners.

Blueprint Reading

: Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and construction plans.

Safety Compliance

: Adhere to safety standards and procedures while working on construction sites.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other construction team members to ensure project requirements are met.

Quality Control

: Check and verify the accuracy of work against specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or in a similar role. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with different steel types and reinforcement techniques. Physical fitness and stamina to handle heavy materials and work in outdoor environments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
