Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the correct materials and processes for each job.

Measure, cut, and assemble metal components to create structural frameworks and other products.

Operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, or otherwise shape and assemble metal components.

Welding:

Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to join metal parts.

Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure that all welds meet company and industry standards.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure it meets the specified standards and tolerances.

Identify and rectify any defects or issues in the fabrication process.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the work area is kept clean and safe.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other fabricators, welders, and site engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to the development of fabrication strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in metal fabrication or welding is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 05 years of experience in steel fabrication.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience with various welding techniques and metal fabrication machinery.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
