Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions. Take part in product development meetings. Verify dimensions and product specifications. Ensure that all the required parts for assembly are present. Mark cutting lines on material. Ensure that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in. Ensure that quality control standards are met. Maintain a production schedule. Test products for their functionality. Troubleshoot and stress testing products to minimize problems or recalls. Responsible for all kind of fabricating work in accordance to the assigned job. Usage of safety equipment relevant to the assigned Job. Initiate a Preventive Action Request when he realises there is a chance of failure system. Assist with cleaning workshop, tools, facilities, equipment. Provide labour services as required Up and download material and equipment Ensure trucks and equipment are safe and securely packed and stored Maintain the working area clean Regular check-up on machines and tools. Reduce the wastage / scrap. Report product malfunctions. Adhere to safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in Fabrication Minimum Experience: 02 - 03 years post qualification experience in the same field
