Are you an experienced Steel Fabrication Foreman seeking a new challenge? We are currently hiring for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Steel Fabrication Foreman. In this position, you will oversee fabrication operations, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate Steel fabrication activities
- Ensure accurate and efficient fabrication of steel components
- Manage fabrication schedules to meet project deadlines
- Train and mentor fabrication team members
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in the workshop
- Proven experience in steel fabrication, including cutting, bending, and welding
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and project managers
- Previous experience in a similar role within the steel fabrication industry
- Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in metal fabrication
