Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects based on project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.

-Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and material requirements.

-Negotiate terms and ensure the best possible pricing and delivery schedules.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and identify potential issues or discrepancies.

-Identify potential issues or discrepancies in project plans.

-Strong understanding of steel construction and fabrication processes.
- Analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes, to determine accurate project estimates.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and gather additional information for estimating purposes.
- Prepare and submit bid packages to clients in a timely manner.

• Experience: Minimum of [1] years of experience as a steel estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry(UAE)

Experience in UAE is must
