Job Title: Structural Steel Design Engineer

Capital Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Design Engineer with a strong background in oil and gas projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in structural steel design and drafting, with a proven track record in the industry. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings for structural steel projects.

- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and client specifications.

- Perform structural analysis and calculations to support design proposals.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

- Review and approve design documentation and construction drawings.

- Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects.

- Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in structural steel design within the oil and gas sector.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla, etc.

- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
