News and information are available at or follow us on LinkedIn.Role and Responsibilities:Map and maintain stakeholders register including any contact persons, terms of reference, MoU\'s, agreements, and the like.Establish and Monitor the interfaces\xe2\x80\x99 protocols between the Contractors and third parties contributing to optimal development and program set up for successful project delivery.Facilitate cooperation between parties and stakeholders to ensure Interface Protocols are adhered to, identify any integration gaps and assist the Employer in interface and integration workshops.Engage with key third party stakeholders effected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, taking measures to maintain effective relationships throughout the project and report to the client.Develop an Interface Management Plan, specifying the methods and processes to be adopted in the identification, development, and agreement with Third Parties.Monitor the development, assessment, negotiation, approval, and execution of commercial agreements between client and third parties.Provide input and solutions which allow for minimal third-party impact, whilst maintaining commercially effective project delivery.Produce and maintain appropriate, standardized documents and regular reporting to the senior management and other stakeholders reflecting key issues, risks, resolutions, and performance to enable them to effectively understand risks and impacts on the project.Ensure a collaborative approach is maintained across the team to facilitate the planning and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood by teams and addressed, and appropriate interventions developed and implemented.Qualification and Education RequirementsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or other relevant discipline is required with transport experienceMandatory Experience10-12 years of experience in the construction industry.UAE based candidates only.Strong English communication skills mandatory \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written.Strong Arabic communication skills oreferred \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written.Management and/or supervisory experience.Experience of working in consultant environment.Additional skillsTeam working.Interpersonal skills.Communication skills.Negotiation skills.Client management skills.Leadership skills.Fully conversant in Microsoft Office Products.Work to tight deadlines.Working with multiple priorities.Managing project deadlines.Rewards & BenefitsWe offer an excellent package which includes:A competitive salaryTransportation allowanceMedical and life insurance cover22 calendar days annual leaveCompany gratuity schemeDiscretionary bonus schemeAtkinsR\xc3\xa9alis is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our workforce.
