The Role

Guildhall is seeking a skilled Stakeholder Manager with experience working under Abu Dhabi Ports and familiarity with KEZAD's processes. This role is critical for securing working permits, NOCs, and regulatory approvals for the Food Hub Project and Infrastructure Development in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: o Serve as the main point of contact between the project team and KEZAD, Abu Dhabi Ports, and other government bodies. o Lead the process of obtaining working permits and NOCs from relevant authorities. o Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of all regulatory documentation. o Ensure compliance with KEZAD procedures and Abu Dhabi's regulatory standards. o Collaborate with internal teams to gather required materials for approvals. o Report regularly on permit statuses and resolve any issues or delays.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. o 3-5 years experience in stakeholder management within the UAE construction or infrastructure sectors. o Familiarity with KEZAD and Abu Dhabi Ports processes for permits and NOCs. o Strong communication and organizational skills. o PMP certification is a plus.
