:Parsons is looking for a talented Stakeholder Interface Engineer to join our site team in Abu Dhabi, The role involves working on a project associated with stormwater infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and conflicts are resolved. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen understanding of stakeholder management principles.The Scope of Work: Investigation and minor works supervision of Abu Dhabi stormwater hotspot inspection and remediation to determine the cause of flooding, and, where possible, appropriate stormwater management strategies are to be implemented to mitigate the risk of flooding from rainfall.What You\'ll Be Doing:The Stakeholder Interface Engineer will be the primary contact with all external parties and will meet, discuss, and understand their needs and issues and manage their expectations, map and maintain stakeholders register.Establish and monitor the interfaces protocols between the Stakeholders and third parties contributing to optimal development and program set up for successful project delivery.Engage with key third party stakeholders effected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, taking measures to maintain effective relationships throughout the project and report to line manager.He / She will be responsible for managing interfaces and ensuring that approvals and permits are sought and obtained for all aspects of the Project. Tracking Authority approvals, monitoring, escalation, expediting issues, issue resolution and risk mitigation.Handle communication with the client & key stakeholder on all authority issues.Ensure effective coordination of the team internally and with the Project to secure required approvals and assist in resolving stakeholders issues that affects the program deliveryProduce and maintain appropriate, standardized documents and regular reporting to the senior management and other stakeholders reflecting key issues, risks, resolutions, and performance to enable them to effectively understand risks and impacts on the project.Issue Monthly Stakeholder Report.Ensure a collaborative approach is maintained across the team to facilitate the planning and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood by teams and addressed, and appropriate interventions developed and implemented.Manage and coordinate dissemination of information to all relevant parties in a timely manner.Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8 years demonstrable overall experience in the public relation and communication and stakeholder management or client-facing rolesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think criticallyFamiliarity with project management principles and toolsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluency in English and Arabic is a must.Certification in stakeholder management or project management is a pluWhat desired Skills You\'ll Bring:Highly developed interpersonal skills, such as high competency in listening and communicatingMust have a sound knowledge about contractual relationships.Must be computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.A positive attitude that focuses on improving teamwork and co-operation at all timesA team player & Problem-solving.Technical/Engineering backgroundMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
