About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Stainless Steel Kitchen Project Supervisor to join our team. This key role will oversee and manage stainless steel kitchen installation projects, ensuring the successful and timely completion of each project while maintaining high-quality standards. As a supervisor, you will lead installation teams, collaborate with clients, and manage the overall project workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate stainless steel kitchen installation projects from start to finish
• Lead and manage installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines
• Ensure that installations comply with all safety regulations and industry standards
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver excellent customer service
• Troubleshoot any issues during installation and ensure effective resolutions
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution
• Ensure that the final installation meets the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising stainless steel kitchen installations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Solid technical expertise in kitchen setups, particularly with stainless steel
• Experience with project management and coordinating resources
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
