We are looking for a dedicated Stage Manager / Artist Care / Content Creator to join our team and provide exceptional support to visiting artists during events. This role involves coordinating event logistics, managing artist care, and capturing content for social media. If you're passionate about creating seamless event experiences and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
\xf0\x9f\x94\x91 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate artist visas, flights, accommodation, and transportation
Accompany artists and ensure their hospitality needs are met
Ensure AV and F&B requirements are fulfilled for each event
Capture and create social media content during events
Provide on-site support and logistics for artists
\xf0\x9f\x8e\xaf Qualifications:
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
\xf0\x9f\x95\x92 Schedule: 3-4 days per week (October to May), reduced hours during Ramadan.
\xf0\x9f\x93\x8d Location: Dubai
\xe2\x9d\x97 Important: Only candidates currently residing in Dubai will be considered.
