Oversee the allocation of accommodation to staff based on company policies and employee needs.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of staff accommodation.
Conduct regular inspections of accommodation facilities to identify issues and resolve them promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for staff accommodation.
Serve as the point of contact for staff members regarding staff accommodation concerns or issues.
Work closely with the Human Resources department to coordinate staff accommodation needs, particularly for new employees, relocations, or temporary accommodations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on accommodation conditions and maintenance issues.
Involve in staff welfare and engagement.
Administer the employee files, accommodation contracts, monthly invoices and requisition for staff accommodation.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
