- Coordinate and plan critical care pathways, prioritizing patient needs and interventions
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) and International Patient Safety Goals
- Administer and document narcotic, controlled, and semi-controlled drugs as per hospital policies and procedures
- Maintain clinical and professional competency based on the latest research and best practices in pediatric intensive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, including incident reporting and medication error trackingRequired Skills and Experience- Bachelor\'s degree in nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification from accredited institutions
- Valid nursing license/registration to practice in the home country and/or last employment country
- Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in the intensive care unit or pediatric intensive care unit
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent according to the scope of practice
- Strong knowledge of age-appropriate care and pediatric patient developmental needs
