Duties & Responsibilities






Coordinate and supervise the accounting/administrative activities of the company. Budget management, expense control and resource optimization. Monitor billing and supplier relations. Implement improvements in administrative and internal control processes. Lead a team of administrative professionals, promoting their development and efficiency. HR administration (personnel management, schedules, vacations...). Direct contact with advice.

Job Experience




Training in Business Administration, Economics or similar. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position. Advanced knowledge of computer tools and financial software. Leadership skills and ability to manage teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. #####
