Summary The Staff Analytics Engineer at MTC (Middle East Technology Centre) is the customer focal for assigned product line and deploys analytical solutions to customers. Maintains fleet knowledge and helps to solve technical and program issues related a specific discipline. This individual works across product line in development of analytic strategy and leads global teams and other analytic communities in the development and execution of state-of-the art analytical models/methods. Advocate for the integration of on-wing and near-wing technologies with analytics, creating opportunities with customers. Connect learnings from field/shop data and/or customer operations to the business and the engineering teams.Essential Responsibilities
Customer facing role with major airliners in the METCIS region.
Develop, propose, and execute the development of Analytics that comprehensively impact customers, GE Aerospaces Services business, Connect and integrate Analytics into business processes and align with the Services Digital product strategy Innovate the development of and apply new Analytics methods for new levels of accuracy, speed, and scale
Maintain broad awareness of efforts within group to assure technical quality excellence, timely completion of work and reviews, appropriate use of resources, and responsiveness to customer / program needs
Facilitate communication of technical and business information between organizations and within work group
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

Qualifications/Requirement
This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Customer Project Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics
Experience in turbomachinery engineering and or analytics data science, services, MRO experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Design experience, preferably HPT / CDN related
Experience developing or applying Digital / Analytics
Proficiency with Python, R, DataIQ, Alation, Spotfire programming languages / processes
Proficiency in Arabic language
