The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and hiring talent from diverse cultural backgrounds and geographical locations. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while meeting the manpower needs of our operations.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for operations in the assigned regions, focusing on bulk hiring and mobilization.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and networking events, to identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, and other external partners to support sourcing efforts and expand talent pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, define job specifications, and prioritize recruitment needs.
Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and managing candidate communications.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance, training, and support to recruitment teams and hiring managers on best practices for international recruitment.
Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence in the assigned regions to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Experience, Education and Skills:Experience: At least 8-10 years of Bulk sourcing blue collar employees across regions such as from regions such as Moldova, CIS countries, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Spain, Uganda, Ghana, Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru, Cambodia, Vietnam, UK, South America, Germany, Vietnam or similar regions.Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment, with experience in international recruitment or sourcing roles, preferably in the specified regions.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and cultural considerations for bulk hiring across diverse regions.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and [additional languages preferred for specific regions].
