Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager - Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, and driving the strategic vision of our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. Coordinate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with company vision.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using key metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Implement innovative strategies to keep Vybinex Digital Solutions at the forefront of the industry.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and various social media management platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
