As a Senior Technician specializing in Mechanical Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of a diverse range of sterile production and packaging equipment. Your responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and adhering to cGMP principles. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and expertise in the maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery.Key Responsibilities:
Execute planned preventive maintenance on a variety of machinery to prevent downtime and enhance efficiency.
Overhaul and upgrade machinery when necessary, ensuring compliance with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) and cGMP.
Perform regular inspections and implement solutions for breakdowns in equipment.
Generate comprehensive reports, including work completion reports, logbooks, and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with SAP Coordinator to address notifications and job orders promptly.
Provide technical support and training on new equipment, ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate with other departments, defining specifications related to equipment, components, and systems.
Ensure the availability of spare parts and initiate orders when inventory reaches the minimum level.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors such as food and electronics/automation.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of various sterile equipment, its parts, and operations.
Proficient in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic processes.
Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and implementation.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with SAP & EQMS Systems.
