Basically, EARTH is a trading company under the Trading Mission Support (T&MS Cluster of EDGE Group We are driven by a team of approx. 150 employees including former military personnel, who come with an in depth understanding of the regional and global defense landscape.Job Title: Senior Technical Sourcing SpecialistJob PurposeAs part of the Bid Management team, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for one or more of the following applications: Radars, UAVs, Electro-optics, RF, Weapons, to source the most compliant and competitive technology suppliers for defense projects.Key Responsibilities

• Assess Client RPF technical requirements and identify suitable products and solutions.
• Identify and qualify suppliers capable of meeting the stringent requirement, including adherence to quality standards, security protocol, and regulatory compliance.
• Work with the procurement team to develop and implement sourcing strategies to support the procurement of technical components, material and services for defense projects.
• Conduct supplier assessments, evaluations, and perform technical bid analysis.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and other internal stakeholders to understand technical requirement and specification.
• Attend exhibitions, manage relationship with key suppliers, Monitor market trend and lead benchmarking for defense applications (Radars, UAVs, Ammunitions, Electro-optical systems, etc).

Experience and Education

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering, Aerospace& Defense Industry in public/private sector organization
• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or any relevant field.

• Solid understanding of Bid management processes and best practices
• Good knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry, clients, products, services and processes
